The Bakery El Boleo arrived in Santa Rosalía because the French missed the taste of France, they missed French cuisine.
So in 1901, the company "Compagne Du Boleo" founded the Bakery El Boleo on the lands of Santa Rosalía, where they prepared and baked bread in wood-fired ovens. And today, being some of the best bread, everyone who comes cannot leave without buying some.
